About Polar Bear Foundation

You Can Make A Difference
Let's Make it happen Together!

Mental health is just as important as physical health, but is often overlooked or stigmatized. That's why we're raising money to support a series of clinical trials with the goal of providing a solution to those in need.
One in four people in the world* will struggle with mental health issues at some point in their lives.
Do you know someone that is or has been affected? Whether it's anxiety, depression or something else, it's important to remember them, that they are not alone and that there is help out there.
Please consider donating to our Non Invasive Vagus Nerve Stimulation Campaign and helping us spread the word that mental health matters.
Together we can create a more supportive and understanding society for all.
Thank you for your support and let's work towards better mental health for everyone.

Our Goal: We want to officially validate the efficiency of the non invasive Vagus Nerve Stimulation,
supported by the medical community with the ultimate goal of having
the nVNS (non Invasive Vagus Nerve Stimulation) protocol in place, being a part of
the Mental Health Resolution Toolset of each country.
Important fact: The Vagus Nerve Stimulation is complementary with a Drug treatment.

Let's talk about Mental Health

Do you know a country in the world whose overall population is spared from mental health problems? Understand that we are all directly or indirectly affected by this scourge and that today we must act accordingly.
Some figures in Canada: these are taken from Benefits Canada. 1 in 5 workers believe their poor mental health is correlated with a high level of stress.
People in poor health are 75% likely to have poor mental health. In 2022 6.7 million Canadians are affected by mental health concerns.
1 out of 2 Canadians is or has been affected by mental illness in his life before the age of 40. Thus every week no less than 500,000 Canadians cannot go to work. In total mental illness in Canada is estimated at 51 billion dollars CAD per year!
