Ainsi, ces probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire de 600 milliards d&rsquo;euros, soit<b> plus de 4 % du PIB des 28 pays de la zone euro.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: -0.2px;\">Le rapport Panorama de la sant\u00e9 de 2018 a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que les d\u00e9penses de sant\u00e9 ont augment\u00e9 en<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: -0.2px;\">&nbsp;croissance \u00e9conomique en 2017 pour atteindre 9,6 % du PIB de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne (11 % du PIB pour la France&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: -0.2px;\">et l&rsquo;Allemagne, 10 % du PIB pour la Su\u00e8de, l&rsquo;Autriche, le Danemark et les Pays-Bas).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les d\u00e9penses des pays situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;UE sont plus faibles, entre 5 et 6% du PIB dudit pays.<\/li>\n<li><b>En 2020, seuls 51% des 194 \u00c9tats<\/b> qui font partie de l&rsquo;OMS ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre conformes En France, l&rsquo;association Fondation Fondamentale a publi\u00e9 en 2021 un rapport sur <b>le co\u00fbt global des maladies mentales : 170 milliards d&rsquo;euros par an !<\/b> 1 personne sur 5 en France, soit 12 millions de personnes, souffre d&rsquo;une maladie psychiatrique.<\/li>\n<li>Environ <b>173 millions de Chinois souffrent de troubles mentaux (2019 The Lancet)<\/b> et la plupart d&rsquo;entre eux ne peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;aucun traitement. L&rsquo;OMS estime que 54 millions de Chinois souffrent de d\u00e9pression et 41 millions d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 pathologique.<\/li>\n<li>Par exemple, en Asie du Sud-Est, une r\u00e9gion comprenant 9 pays dont l&rsquo;Inde, <b>La d\u00e9pression touche 86 millions de personnes en Asie du Sud-Est<\/b> et selon l&rsquo;OMS, un tiers des personnes souffrant de d\u00e9pression dans le monde vivent en Asie du Sud-Est, mais ce sujet est encore tr\u00e8s tabou dans cette r\u00e9gion du monde ou plut\u00f4t per\u00e7u comme une croyance superstitieuse. \u00e0 tel point que dans cette langue, il n&rsquo;existe aucun mot pour d\u00e9signer la d\u00e9pression. Malgr\u00e9 tout, le Bangladesh, le Sri Lanka et l&rsquo;Indon\u00e9sie ont fait de la sant\u00e9 mentale une priorit\u00e9 absolue.
